Your New Role

This position drafts and negotiates complex consumer products and themed entertainment licensing deals.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Process new deal and modification requests, including: (i) data input into the WBGCP license management tracking system; (ii) run conflict checks; (iii) seek approval from internal and external stakeholders; (iv) provide updates to the business; (v) maintain and file relevant correspondence and documents

• Draft agreements and amendments; circulate drafts for review and approvals

• Handle all primary correspondence when drafts are sent to licensees for signature, including: (i) coordinate and manage negotiations; (ii) prepare revised documents based upon coordinated feedback from all parties involved.

• Complete the overall contracting process, including: (i) coordinating final signatures on agreements and amendments from all parties; (ii) return signed documents to clients; (iii) update all tracking systems to reflect such finalization; and (iv) file documents in appropriate locations

Qualifications & Experience

• Some experience in contract administration and/or business affairs preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of college preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have strong administrative and communications skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of contracts preferred.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of management.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to work well under time constraints.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
