Agency Marketing/Communications Manager (Remote - EST)
Are you a creative, results-driven marketer with a passion for B2B and digital marketing? We're looking for an experienced Agency Marketing/Communications Manager to join our team! This fully remote role, aligned with Eastern Time (EST), offers the chance to make a significant impact on our clients' marketing strategies, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
About the Role:
In this key position, you'll lead the development of strategic marketing plans, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and help drive online lead generation programs. What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Get to know the unique needs and goals of our clients and offer expert advice to guide their integrated marketing and communication strategies.
Client Communication: Keep clients in the loop on project progress, offering insights and recommending adjustments when needed to keep things on track.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external teams, including creative, digital, media, and PR experts, to develop and execute client strategies.
Project Management: Lead projects from initial strategy through to completion, ensuring they meet client goals and timelines.
Campaign Development: Assist in crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, blogs, and social media content that aligns with content marketing strategies.
Content Coordination: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of digital content across multiple platforms.
Marketing Automation: Manage and execute campaigns in platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, and others to support various client accounts.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to assess the success of campaigns.
Technical Support: Address any issues with marketing automation software as they arise, coordinating with support teams as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
At least 7 years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally within an agency setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign is a must.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Strong experience in managing editorial content, digital advertisements, and blogs.
A proven ability to build brand awareness and manage marketing budgets.
Demonstrated success in campaign planning and execution.
Knowledge of HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce Pardot is a plus.
Strong account management and digital marketing skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies.
Knowledge of SEO and project closeout processes.
Expertise in B2B marketing, content development, and digital campaign design.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and experience tracking campaign performance.
A strong track record of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
