Blue Sky Tie Down Systems is growing its customer base, and we are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our team of professionals. The Assistant Project Manager should have previous experience or knowledge in construction, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. This position can be a stepping stone for your career to grow into a Project Manager. We are looking for someone who is excited and eager to work for Blue Sky as we continue to grow in the multi-family construction supplier industry.

Responsibilities :

• Work with the Project Manager to plan and schedule a project to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate the status of the project to the key individuals
• Assist the Project Manager coordinate with all departments to ensure the correct product is delivered within the scheduled time.
• Work with customers to make sure that all on-site problems are resolved/addressed in a timely manner.
• Complete tasks provided by Project Manager, including but not limited to, creating files, creating schedule of values, reviewing takeoffs, creating lists, calling customers, sending emails, etc.

Qualifications :

• Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Proficient Communication Skills
• Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
• 1 - 3 years of construction experience preferred
• 1 - 3 years Customer Service based Experience preferred.
• Associates / Bachelor degree - Or experience in Construction
