Summary: JCS Solutions has a need for a
Contracts Administrator I for its government Contracts Team to support a diverse portfolio of contracts, centered on U.S. government clients. This
Contracts Administrator I will work closely with the Director of Contracts to effectively provide cradle-to-grave contract administration. Responsibilities: The specific duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Provide support to the Director of Contracts and the Senior Director of Finance and Administration.
- Review, assist with drafting and negotiations, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, Service Agreements, Representations and Certifications, and Contract Modifications.
- Update Contract Briefs for each contract modification to ensure contract value and funding validity.
- Update and continuously monitor the Document Tracker to ensure all documents are processed and executed in a timely manner.
- Monitor the JCS Contracts Inbox and forward actions to appropriate personnel for action.
- Work closely with integrated team to review and update policies for JCS employees and teammates related to government acquisition.
- Update and report in various government systems such as SAM.gov, FSRS, GSA ASSIST, and eSRS.
- Conduct research as required regarding contract clauses and compliance, clause flow downs, certificates of insurance, and other tasks as assigned by the Director of Contracts
- Continuously maintain the JCS Contracts SharePoint site to ensure all contracts/modifications/subcontracts and other critical acquisition documents are filed and can be easily located.

- Proficient using Microsoft Office Software including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams
- Creative problem solver
- Organized and detail-orientated with ability to multi-task
- Hard working and efficient and can work without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills and Experience: - Must be a lawful permanent resident
- Bachelor's degree with business, law, or finance credits is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented; ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Experience working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, experience presenting to executive level groups.
