The CRM Data Governance Analyst will play a critical role defining and, in collaboration with key stakeholders, implementing Insight’s global CRM data governance policies, procedures and execution. A cornerstone of Insight’s IT transformation in the coming years, this role will be critical to execution towards data-driven roadmap and realizing value and impact of CRM program. This role will work closely with business partners, stakeholders, and the data governance team to partner with internal teams to drive business analytics mindset and value and impact of data roadmap that supports Insight’s ambition to be the leading Solutions Integrator.

Key Responsibilities 

• • Execute towards ‘data-driven organization’ roadmap
  • Drive business analytics mindset and the value of data in Insight CRM
  • Partner with internal teams to harness the power of data and CRM and help people translate them to actionable insights.
  • Utilize policies, processes, and standards that ensure the quality, security, and usability of your CRM data. Drive to data quality and stewardship
  • Partner across business for data considerations, integrations, structures to support processes, compliance etc.
  • Define and build requirements for critical usage dashboards and reports, as well as other dashboards and reports best practices
  • Become Einstein guru for Insight – and build connections to other AI teams throughout organization as relevant.
  • Tasks in detail:
    • Supports definition of relevant KPIs and dashboard reports, establishes robust data sources and oversees analytics for senior management. (e.g. monthly Performance Dashboards)
    • Responsible for data acquisition and data management from external data providers and sources and best practice utilization
    • Ensures right alignment with PowerBI and databricks teams
    • Collaborates with cross-functional team to define incentive planning framework & support tracking of the KPIs
    • Establish workflows and standards for entering data in the CRM with data standards, defines local data quality KPIs and measures adoption
    • Drive improvements and adoption of the CRM system and its standards
    • Runs data literacy training sessions and elevates capabilities for data literacy/fluency
    • Ensures operational support and training for end users

What you’ll need to succeed

• Several years of experience supporting data governance
• Experience supporting CRM Data, specifically Salesforce
• The ability to create effective data visualizations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Where: Fully Remote in the United States

Comp: $85k-90,500
