Job Summary:

The Dental Insurance Manager will oversee all aspects of dental insurance operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of insurance claims, patient billing, and revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the dental insurance department.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
  • Process and submit dental insurance claims accurately and timely.
  • Handle insurance claim denials and appeals, working to resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Provide training and support to staff on insurance-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and billing processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in dental insurance policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in dental insurance management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance plans, billing codes, and procedures is preferred.
  • Good understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
