The Opportunity: On June 10, 2024, NASA announced CACI, Inc . as their awardee of the NASA Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) contract. Lentech, Inc. will assist CACI, Inc. as a subcontractor on that contract. Work will be supporting the entire NASA enterprise at all NASA Centers and locations, including the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Alabama, the Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Texas, the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in Maryland, and the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida. Lentech is searching for Developers to support the NASA Consolidated Applications and Platforms Services (NCAPS) contract. Selected candidates will deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe agile development environment. Work includes collaborating on systems and solutions supporting large portfolios from business, analysis, technical, systems, data, and enterprise functions.
Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Public Trust Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% (Type of Travel: Continental US) Job Functions and Responsibilities: Responsible for providing planning and delivery of application development services including application development, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer assistance in response to Command requirements. Develop, update and maintain a detailed Release Management Plan.

Successful candidates must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. Will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts and must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
Requirements: - Must be a U.S. Citizen with Public Trust clearance, or the ability to pass NASA background investigation to obtain Public Trust.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience to be considered in lieu of degree
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Proven skills in customizing Maximo Business Objects(MBOs) and Maximo using Java, JavaScript, and other Automation Scripts
- Experienced with writing, executing PL/SQL
- BIRT Report Development experience
- Experience in systems analysis, design, development and testing with TRIRIGA.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Data Modeler, Association Manager, Workflow Builder, Form Builder, Report Manager, Integration Object, Data Integrator, Portal Builder, Navigation Builder and State Family Manager tools in TRIRIGA.
Desired: Prior experience supporting NASA and/or experience in any or all of the following areas:
- Providing complex solutions using Maximo Application Designer.
- Data loading using MIF.
- Developing complex workflows in Maximo Workflow Designer and Tririga Workflow builder
- Maximo and Tririga upgrades, patches, SSO
- Excellent leadership qualities and communication skill
- Familiarity with Agile (SAFE) methodology and approach

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
The proposed salary range for this position is: $82,100-$172,400
