Job Description

We are looking for an experienced document review professional to review discovery documents for our boutique family law firm. This position is completely remote. However, we are looking for people in the metropolitan Atlanta area to facilitate the exchange of equipment. Responsibilities:

• Review and redact confidential documents
• Prepare formal responses to discovery requests to present to the opposing party
• Prepare formal discovery requests for opposing parties
• Prepare Motions to be filed with the Court
• Work with clients directly to ensure documents are produced correctly

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Previous document review experience
