Description This Test Engineer will take ownership of the product release process, and should hit the ground running with automation improvements and regression testing. Responsibilities also include development of test plans and procedures, documentation of test results and development of special test code.
This position allows up to 16 hours of telework per week. Requirements A current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Two (2) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Required technical skills include experience with:
- Experience executing Testing and Data Collection per plan
- Producing associated Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports/Briefings, Data Management Plan
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience generating technical documentation
- Experience using with Jira and Confluence
