We have an immediate opening for an Event Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll work closely with our events and customer care professionals, contributing to the seamless orchestration of events from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and satisfaction to enhance the overall event experience.
• Meet personal and team sales goals for events, ensuring success and exceeding expectations.
• Provide customers with accurate, valid, and comprehensive information, delivering maximum value and fostering positive connections.
• Develop long-term customer connections and trust through transparent communication practices.
• Collaborate with management to understand needs, ensuring client satisfaction and successful event outcomes.
• Manage the overall aesthetic, layout, and design of events. 
• Work closely with marketing and public relations teams to promote and attract new consumers.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in customer service or events.
• Excellent time management and communication skills. 
• Adaptability to respond to various personality types. 
• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize duties.
• High school diploma required.
