**Job Title: Executive Assistant**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior-level government staff in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Qualifications:**
**Minimum Requirements:**
- Active Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Bachelor's Degree and at least four (4) years of experience serving as an Executive Assistant, reporting directly to high-level senior management or government agency administrators.
- Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong track record of prioritizing and managing simultaneous tasks accurately and calmly under pressure.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Demonstrated capacity to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
- Ability to respond promptly and appropriately to urgent situations and quick turnarounds.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proven track record of self-motivation, professionalism, and adaptability in managing changing workloads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and conservative appearance and attire required for on-site work and virtual meetings.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide dedicated support to senior-level government staff, managing a variety of administrative duties.
- Manage the executive's daily calendar, provide morning briefings, and proactively anticipate needs while following direction.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, including booking tickets, hotels, rental vehicles, estimating per-diem, and processing travel vouchers upon return.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, manage executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare internal and external documents using various Microsoft Office software.
- Assist with travel arrangements using online Travel Manager System (E2).
- Track and report official time and attendance records through the Time and Attendance Electronic System (TATEL).
