Job Summary

As an Executive Chef at FLIK - a member of Compass Group USA, you have an exceptional opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and lead a world-class team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will lead all aspects of all culinary functions for a high-volume, customer-focused corporate dining account, including catering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account, ensuring flawless financial management.
• Plan and build all menus, crafting innovative and delicious culinary experiences for our clients.
• Purchase and manage inventory, ensuring the availability of high-quality ingredients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and culinary teams to implement innovative culinary programs, consistently striving for outstanding outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A culinary degree is preferred, showcasing your passion and dedication to the craft.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience, demonstrating your proven leadership skills.
• High-volume production and catering experience is crucial for this role, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience managing cost controls, highlighting your ability to successfully implement financial strategies.
• Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding food service company, seizing the opportunity for professional development.
