Cascades Mountain Resort in Hendersonville, NC is looking for front desk agents to join our team. We are located on 201 Sugarloaf Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. We are looking for part-time and potential full-time 3pm-11pm shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Potential to add two night audit shifts 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of their rooms
• Answer any questions guests have
• Make recommendations for activities and restaurants
• Store any luggage guests have
• Answer the phone and direct the call
• Take reservations on the phone
• Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Amazing interpersonal abilities
• Top-of-the-line organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Amazing time management skills
• Hotel experience a plus
• Incredibly detail oriented
• Able to work nights and weekends
