Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement the company's safety policies and procedures Manage and deliver safety training programs
• Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Conduct regular safety audits and maintain accurate OSHA recordables Lead and coordinate safety initiatives
• Develop emergency response procedures Provide first aid training to employees

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of safety experience and strong working knowledge of safety policies and procedures 5+ years in a management role
• Experience developing and delivering safety training
• Must have experience with OSHA and OSHA recordables, EMT experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field
