Position Overview:
Are you an experienced healthcare recruiter looking for a flexible and remote opportunity? We're excited to invite you to join our team on a 12-14 month contract. In this role, you'll bring your expertise in healthcare recruiting to help us find and place top talent, including PICC Nurses, Radiology Technicians, Phlebotomists, and Ultrasound Technicians.
What You'll Do:
Find Top Talent: Use a variety of sourcing methods—like healthcare-specific job boards, social media, and professional networks—to identify and connect with qualified candidates for roles such as PICC Nurses, Radiology Technicians, Phlebotomists, and Ultrasound Technicians.
Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating with hiring managers and making offers.
Keep Track with ATS: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to efficiently manage the recruitment pipeline, track candidates, and ensure all hiring processes are compliant and organized.
Hit Your Goals: Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) related to time-to-fill, candidate quality, and overall client satisfaction.
Travel for Impact: Travel approximately 10% of the time to attend recruitment events and college fairs, building strong relationships with educational institutions and future candidates.
Build Lasting Relationships: Foster strong connections with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment experience for everyone involved.
Stay Organized: As a remote role, you'll have the freedom to manage your schedule, but strong time management and organizational skills will be key to meeting recruitment deadlines and goals.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in sourcing and placing PICC Nurses, Radiology Technicians, Phlebotomists, and Ultrasound Technicians.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
Sourcing Pro: Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and clients.
Flexible Traveler: Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time for recruitment events and college fairs.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
