Role Overview:

As a Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with top healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with potential candidates, managing job postings, and conducting interviews. Your goal will be to match the best talent with exciting job opportunities while contributing to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Identify and attract qualified healthcare recruiters through various channels.
Candidate Engagement: Reach out to prospective candidates to understand their needs and match them with job opportunities.
Job Advertising: Post multiple job ads weekly to attract top talent.
Communication: Engage with candidates via text and other communication methods daily.
Interviews: Conduct interviews regularly to assess candidate fit.
Education: Provide candidates with information about job opportunities and the client.
Lead Generation: Develop leads through strategic planning, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with candidates and recruiters.
Continuous Improvement: Seek ways to enhance recruiting processes and achieve career growth.
Motivation: Stay driven to meet recruiting goals and deliver results.
Customer Focus: Maintain a client-centered approach with a passion for excellent service.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour paid lunch break.
Compensation:

Competitive commission structure plus quarterly bonuses.
Potential to earn over $150K annually.
10 days of paid time off.
Eligible for company 401(k) plan after 1 year of employment.
