We need someone willing to be the brand's voice and manage the marketing budget to produce property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral that will generate revenue and meet property targets. • Recruit, train, and develop your team to serve your customers better
• Examine market trends to establish pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies
• Assess the company's success by consulting with sales managers and stakeholders
• Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons

Qualifications:

• Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality
• Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
