Overview:
The newly created Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC) is a five-member commission appointed by the Governor. The FGCC is charged with investigating and enforcing Florida pari-mutuel and gaming statutes and rules.
This is a law enforcement position (Law Enforcement Investigator II) involving duties pursuant to Florida Statutes 16.711. The incumbent assigned to this position conducts criminal, internal, intelligence and other types of investigations, as well as providing some training to other agents, in support of the Florida Gaming Control Commission mission.

Must reside within 50 air miles of the Central Regional Office (Ocala, Fl) at the time of employment or by the time of hire.
