We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data related to our inventory, orders, and shipments. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations.

work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data in the company’s database systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports and summaries.
• Cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to data-related inquiries from other departments.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• Follow data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
