Century West BMW is seeking a **Part-Time Receptionist** to join our team on weekends. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive environment. We're looking for someone who is **friendly, customer-focused**, and able to manage a variety of front desk duties. Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist Location: Century West BMW Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Weekends Only (Saturday and Sunday) Hours:

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Provide information to customers and handle inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
