RESEARCH / DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST (Permanent) Our client, a rapidly growing local organization in WNY, is seeking a Research / Data Entry Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily research and transcription responsibilities to assist with the seamless operations of the company
• Accurately record data from hard-copy documents into computer system in a timely manner
• Conduct research and name searches, detailing findings
• Submit findings reports to upper management
• Navigate various databases, court technologies, and records
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate files
• Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
• Possess the ability to work in multiple software systems at one time
• Work well independently as well as part of a team
• Complete special projects in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned/as necessary
  

Details:

• Position is full time, direct hire  
• 100% in-office, 8:00AM – 4:00PM
• $19.00 - $23.00 / hour depending on experience

• High School diploma required
• Criminal Justice background a plus
• 1+ years’ relevant experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organization skills and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Maintain high level of confidentiality
• Relocation not available
