Carpenter

* Experience Required:

* 3+ years of experience in general construction/carpentry, particularly in custom home building.

* Responsibilities:

* Diverse role covering sales, customer service, contract negotiation, and hands-on work.
* Installation of doors and leading installation teams.
* Scheduling and coordinating project activities.
* Acting as the right-hand person to management.

* Requirements:

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in general residential framing/carpentry.
* Self-confident and assured with a positive attitude.
* Demonstrates exceptional communication skills.
* Exudes professionalism and maintains a clean-cut appearance.
* Strong work ethic, consistently going the extra mile.
* Customer-focused and capable of handling diverse situations.
* Comfortable dealing with high-end clients and subcontractors on-site.
* Not someone who watches the clock - commitment to the role is essential.
