We are looking for a Senior Accountant

Compensation: $109,000 - $135,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to help support the continued expansion of our business. You will be involved in various aspects of the core Finance function at Rokt, including accounting operations and collaborating with your global Finance colleagues on process efficiencies.

About the role: 

  • Perform month-end close activities including processing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, audit schedules, flux analysis, communicating with department leads to resolve variances, etc.
  • Identify and remediate account discrepancies to produce accurate and credible financial information
  • Perform ad hoc financial statement analysis and communicate findings to management.
  • Prepare and present overview of financials for your functional area to Finance leadership, and prepare materials for Board reporting
  • Help support overall team initiatives to embrace change and increase efficiency by instituting new processes around various key accounting areas
  • Identify opportunities to automate current manual processes

Requirements

About you:

  • CPA (or on CPA track) with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Familiarity with ERPs (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP. Knowledge of IFRS a plus.
  • Process-oriented with an attention to detail. 
  • Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize, work effectively, and complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Desire to identify problems and work to resolve them independently or with the team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field of study
