* Senior Family Law Attorney with Portable Book of Buisness- (must have)
* NC Bar membership in good standing (must have)
* Handle a caseload of family law matters
* Knowledge of and experience in litigation
* Admission to practice in North and South Carolina preferred
* On-site
* Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
* Represent clients in court hearings and mediation sessions
* Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
