About the Role: 

Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world.  To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we are looking for a skilled Services Account Executive to work within and support our sales organization. 

The Services Account Executive will be a key contributor to the success of our customer base, working across the sales organization, positioning the value and vision of Sitecore solutions to meet the customer’s most challenging opportunities.

You should be adept at managing enterprise buying audiences, skilled at managing the enterprise sales process, and adept at enterprise level negotiations, across a wide variety of buying audiences. This role will focus on winning new customers as well as maximizing Sitecore's success with existing customers.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Assist sales teams in analyzing client’s business, goals, strategies, industry trends, and directions – to recommend appropriate solutions or products to meet their needs
  • Sell with partners or direct, leveraging the Sitecore partner network during the sales process and beyond
  • Work across multiple industry teams, throughout AMS region and drive custom implementation strategies to achieve customer success, in volume
  • Lead customer presentations, describing Sitecore solutions that lead to a proposal, applying a value-driven approach
  • Collaborate, while acting as a liaison between customers, sales, pre-sales, delivery throughout the engagement to the completion of the sales process
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in developing complex solutions for specific client opportunities by developing client deliverables such as a request for information (RFI), request for proposal response (RFP), and statements of work (SOWs), and client proposals or presentations
  • Manage complex enterprise sales-cycles, building strong effective buying relationships, comfortable positioning Sitecore services to C-level executives
  • Work with Sales and Partner teams to build public references, case studies, etc
  • Develop the necessary commercial and legal approvals for the defined deliverable, working in close cooperation with delivery, sales, and pre-sales

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience with marketing software and Enterprise Web Technology space, preferrable with DXP, CDP, or Digital Asset Management solutions
  • Mastery of multitasking, detail management, and pipeline execution by managing multiple client relationships/opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience in providing value with a consultative or solution selling approach
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives
  • A customer centric approach that maintains, plus develops, existing relationships by providing guidance and leadership with successful solution design
  • Detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented and did I mention attention to details?
  • Sitecore experience a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus
