Job Description

Reports To: Tile Specialty Leader

Job Purpose: To support the success of Mosby Building Arts’ production team by providing advanced tile installation and repair in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of tile installation and tile repair to Mosby’s standards of quality

• Complete tile work within the scheduled timelines to support a smooth-running project
• Load and Unload materials at the job site
• Keep job sites safe and clean
• Provide general remodeling assistance and support on jobs as requested
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

• Provide training and leadership to tile apprentices
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness, and adherence to safety procedures
• Other miscellaneous tasks as requested

  Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of tile installation and repair experience
• Ability to expertly install and repair all types of tile surfaces
• Knowledge of different types of tiles and their properties
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
• Good organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain class E driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, work with your hands, climb ladders, kneel, drive, and move 75lbs independently for extended periods of time.
