Job Description

An Automotive Supplier on the South Side of San Antonio is seeking motivated, efficient Assembly Line Associates to become an integral part of the team! As an Assembly Line Associate, you will perform fast-paced work on an assembly line and meet production goals. CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A ROTATING SHIFT (ROTATES EVERY 2 WEEKS).

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble automotive parts on finished vehicles.
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
• Conduct quick quality inspections on products and parts.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields.
• MUST be able to work a 2-week rotating schedule.
• Ability to handle heavy physical workload and stand for 8-12 hours a day.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must have steel toe shoes.

Hours:

• 6 am - 3:15 pm Day Shift.
• 6pm - 3:15 am Night Shift.
• *OT Mandatory.
• *ROTATING SCHEDULE EVERY 2 WEEKS.

Pay:

• $16.00/hr Days.
• $17.20/hr Nights.
