Syzygy has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help decarbonize chemicals. And we’re seizing it. Join us. Job Summary: Syzygy is looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help grow our organization. We seek a candidate who has previously been responsible for recording and maintaining control of all inventory items purchased and produced verifying all incoming and outgoing shipments. Would be helpful to have background implementing inventory controls, bar-coding, and asset management. Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive materials and confirm receipts to open Purchase orders.
  • Scan & organize the invoices and Packing lists to document receipts.
  • Move received stock into designated inventory areas; ensuring products are shelved in a timely manner to expedite the filling of daily orders.
  • Track and keep an accurate count of items on hand.
  • Labeling locations, items, and around the warehouse and other locations.
  • Maintains physical inventories, cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • General upkeep of the work area observing safety, security and regulatory procedures.
  • Maintains an efficient and organized stock room/warehouse where products are stored according to specifications.
  • Interact daily with Syzygy design organizations to interpret their needs and requirements.
  • Material handling by hand or using equipment around the warehouse
  • Picking and packing orders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience - 2+ Years' experience in Warehouse/Inventory/Receiving/Purchasing operations
  • Technical - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with an ERP system and bar-coding a plus.
  • Education – Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Work ethic – A sense of urgency in meeting critical and time sensitive deadlines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Able to work well in both independent and group settings.
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and assist in other job duties.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, procedures, and correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner with co-workers, shareholders, suppliers, and other contacts.

Helpful Background:
  • 3+ years of experience in prototype engineering and manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and complex problem solving
  • Background in developing engineering master data management tools and product life cycle systems.
  • Experience in advanced quality concepts, risk management, process control, continuous improvement, and lean and six sigma concepts
