Hours: 3rd Shift

11:00pm – 7:30am (flexible as needed)

Duties:

• Processing paperwork from the production floor
• Typing conversions into the system
• Combo Inventory
• Box rework (scanning labels and reporting)
• Tanked product (scanning labels and reporting)
• Update yields to be ready for product managers
• Invoicing sakes orders
• Checking exports documents when needed
• Any other duties assigned by management

Required skills:

• Attention to detail
• Excel knowledge and good computer skills
• Use computer to enter yield information
• Able to communicate verbally and in written form with supervisors
• Able to work weekends as needed (when plant scheduled) Some Sundays
• Run yield reports and distribution to appropriate departments
• Gather information for yield report
• Assigned to other duties as needed
• Shop Floor

Education Requirements (if applicable)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College experience preferred
